Hey everyone. My name is Chris Bounds and I’m gonna share with you the six reasons why eXp Realty is the best brokerage for teams.
First is training. eXp Realty has over 50 hours of live training every single week in the cloud by the top agents in the industry. So team leaders can tap their agents into eXp’s training platform so they can focus on things like lead generation and sales.
Number two ,Marketing Center.
eXp Realty has over a hundred customizable, forms, flyers, brochures, listing presentations and so much more all available for you to go and customize you can put your own branding on it and use it in your marketing efforts. And if you have something customized that you want to use as long as it has a local state goals eXp is okay with it.
Number three, kvCore.
I can’t stress this enough. kvCore is the Rolls Royce of CRM and lead generation platforms for real estate agents. It’s like $500 a month in the open market, but eXp agents get it for free. It is a very robust lead generation and lead capturing and lead follow up system and platform. That way no lead in your database gets left behind and falls out.
