Within his first year, he completed four deals, including buying two rental properties using creative financing.
Chris has been part of over $220 million in real estate investment transactions, purchasing more than 900 units and flipping 200 houses with his wife.

What is the dress code?
Comfortable business casual attire is required. Shorts, tattered jeans, and t-shirts are not allowed in the club.
What should I bring?
Bring an open mind and a strong desire to learn! We will provide pens, a notebook, and name tags to help you network easily with other attendees. Feel free to bring your own notebook or any additional writing materials you prefer.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes, we'd love for you to bring a guest. Space is very limited, and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please secure a ticket for your guest as soon as possible.
Will food be provided?
Yes, you'll enjoy a selection of hors d'oeuvres and refreshments during the event. A cash bar will be available.
Where should I park?
Free underground parking is available on-site after 5:30pm. From Louisiana St make a sharp left-turn onto Walker St and immediately turn into the underground parking garage. Please advise security that you are going to The Houston Club.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If any event is postponed, registration for impacted attendees will transfer to the next available event date. You may cancel for a full refund (excluding Eventbrite's fees) up to 7 days prior to the event.
